  • Onsite reception 5 days per week. We provide full administrative support, which includes: conducting intake, scheduling appointments, facilitating completion of intake paperwork, invoicing, taking payments, checking referral validity, processing Medicare rebates, and managing cancellations and waitlists. Reception staff work closely with each clinician to provide them with an individualised service that enables the clinician to put their energy into working with their clients and referrers.
