Natasha is a Clinical Psychologist that welcomes adults across a range of mental health presentations. She explores each client’s individual needs with curiosity, compassion and empathy to provide support in addressing their challenges.

Her current and previous work in treating clients extends across multiple presentations including trauma (PTSD/cPTSD), anxiety and mood disorders, adjustment to life stressors, personality vulnerabilities and complex grief and loss, self-esteem and interpersonal difficulties.

Natasha has experience working in both the public and private sector including, hospital settings such as private inpatient units, rehabilitation units in the older adult population and suicide crisis services. She also has experience in working clinically with both individuals and groups.

Natasha’s attentive and considerate approach to client care provides a safe and trusting environment for her clients. She creates an open space for every individual where they can freely express their thoughts and feelings about the challenges they face. She uses a range of evidence based treatment approaches including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Natasha has completed a Bachelor Degree in Psychology (with Honours) at the University of Western Sydney and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at The University of Technology Sydney.
