Sigal completed her postgraduate training in clinical psychology at the University of New South Wales. She has a broad range of experience in both public health and private practice settings. She has worked with a diverse range of issues and individuals and is skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Focused Therapy (SFT). Her breadth of experience with multiple therapy models enables her to tailor therapy to the individual’s needs and offer both short term and longer term therapy.

Sigal has a passion for supporting adolescents and adults dealing with chronic and complex psychological difficulties such as long standing depression and other mood disorders, anxiety and stress, traumatic life events, grief and loss, adjustment to chronic health problems (diabetes, cancer), Interpersonal difficulties, low self-esteem and life dissatisfaction.

Sigal is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with a genuine interest in and concern for her clients, and an attuned sensitivity to their needs. Sigal is dedicated to assisting her clients build on their strengths to help them achieve growth and changes in their life.

In addition to clinical practice, Sigal is regularly involved in training and supervision of Clinical Psychology Registrars in University Masters level training programs. She is a Clinical Associate in the Department of Psychology at the University of New South Wales, University of Sydney, University of Wollongong and the University of Technology Sydney. Sigal Consistently extends her own professional development via training and supervision.
